works in many ways to better the healthcare for LGBT Americans. From research to advocating that LGBT specific issues must be addressed in national healthcare policy, the Coalition work. The also work to increase knowledge of LGBT heath issues within the heath worker community.

works to build political power to win LGBT equality. By training activist, organizing against anti-LGBT legislation, and building an organization to advance pro-LGBT legislation, the Task Force works for the day that all people are equal, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity or expression.
